We are involved in many weddings where the stress sometimes outweighs the joy. With all of the planning and details to get organized it is easy to lose sight of what is really important. At the end of the day the goal is to come away Man & Wife. There are some couples that take the time to enjoy their big day all the way through. Mike & Val were so relaxed and that easy going attitude always makes the day flow easily. We had a great time and to top it off we were able to use a fantastic song from Small Town Sleeper for the Music Video. It’s not often that someone suggests a song that I haven’t heard but it’s always fun to use something out of the typical wedding box that we get trapped in often :) I also want to give a quick thank you to Kevin from Craiglow Photography who was kind enough to allow us to test out some lenses from his bag… Congratulations to Mike & Val!

The Church at Mill Run. I’ve driven past it hundreds of times but we had our first opportunity to shoot their this fall. It is an amazing state of the art facility that is so large you can easily get lost while roaming around. Molly & Nick are an amazing couple. They were very involved from day one to make sure we had everything we needed to capture their special day. We had a fantastic time with them and wish them all the best in their new life together! Congratulations to NIck & Molly!

September was a busy month. We had several double weekends and we visited the Greek Orthodox Cathedral multiple times. You won’t find a more beautiful sanctuary in the city and is very close to some amazing places to shoot downtown. Tia & Tim were fantastic to work with and they had one hopping Reception at The Renaissance… enjoy! -Nathan

Of all the places we have filmed over the years, I have never gotten the chance to film at my home church. So I jumped at the chance to film in the chapel at Vineyard Columbus up on Cooper Road. It was a little bit surreal being there to film instead of for a service but we had a great time. Kathy & Jon are a great couple. They were so cooperative and made sure to schedule enough time for pictures and video. We had some great outdoor locations to work with and the weather couldn’t have been better. Congrats to Kathy & Jon!!
